Madrid / Berlin, 15 October 2026: Healthcare Activos has announced a strategic partnership with MEDIAN Group following the signing of a sale-and-leaseback transaction involving two mental healthcare facilities in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

In July we reported on specialist healthcare REIT Healthcare Activos’ new €800 million hospital investment vehicle. Alberto Fernandez, Activos’ Co-CEO, told us this will invest in private hospitals operated by the major hospital groups in countries which have NHS systems, such as the UK, Spain and Portugal.
