Environmental
resilience

Nonetheless, environmental performance is key both to help us select the right asset, future proof, resilient to all present and future climate risks and regulations as well as efficient in its operations; as well as avoiding significant environmental damage that could harm the most essential principle of our purpose of curing and caring with our assets.

Our main actions include:

01.

Monitoring all our assets and their environmental performance with externally verified data.

02.

Improvement in all measured consumption KPIs.

03.

Climate physical risk assessment for all acquisitions made in 2024 onwards.

04.

Implementation of green clauses in our new contracts.

05.

Set the basis in 2025 for a NET ZERO pathway toward 2050.
