Healthcare Activos has bought a nursing home in Paris and has now invested more than €115m in France, Green Street News can reveal.

The buyer did not disclose financial details but the price was around €30m, sources close to the deal told Green Street News.

CNP Assurance was the seller of the 108-bed asset in Champ de Mars in central Paris, which has a total area of 4,670 sq m (50,270 sq ft). Clariane is leasing the property under a long-term lease agreement.

The previous owner redesigned and refurbished the entire building. The acquisition is being funded by Healthcare Activos Yield 2, an investment vehicle created in July
2024 in partnership with a global consortium of institutional investors. The strategy has a target investment volume of €650m across Europe, focusing on operatordriven business models and long-term indexed rents.

Since its creation in 2016, the firm has acquired and developed more than 75 assets valued in excess of €1.2bn. The firm’s investments prioritise long-term ESG impact by developing and modernising healthcare real estate facilities.

In March it bought a nursing home in Paris from Praemia REIM France, following two other acquisitions since November 2024, when it entered the French market.
