Montserrat Sabán is Facility Manager and give support to Maintenance since she joined the firm in 2023. Montserrat has more than 20 years of experience in building management and maintenance as a Facility Manager. In the lasts years she has been working for Coty, Vueling and CBRE. Montserrat holds a degree in Technical Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.

Leticia Hernández is the Head of Legal at Healthcare Activos since she joined the firm in 2023.

Leticia has more than 10 years of professional experience in legal advice in the areas of corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining Healthcare Activos, Leticia was a senior lawyer in the Corporate Department of the firm Marinel-lo & Partners.

Leticia Hernández holds a law degree from the Universitat of Barcelona and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico and is also admitted to the United States bar.

Miki Domenech has been Investment Director in Healthcare Activos since he joined the firm in 2018.

Miki has 5 years of experience in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte. Prior to joining Healthcare Activos, Miki was M&A TS Manager at Deloitte covering the Health Care & Life Sciences industry.

Miki Domenech graduated with a BBA from Universitat Ramon Llull and holds an MBA from IESE Business School.

HC has been CFO of Healthcare Activos since she joined the firm in 2022.

H. has 16 years of experience in different roles within the Finance, controlling and risk areas, and has previously developed her career in the areas of auditing and process and systems consulting. Prior to joining Healthcare Activos, H. was Chief Financial Officer of Anticipa Real Estate (Blakstone Group).

HC holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Barcelona and a master’s degree in Financial Management from EAE.

Dolores Herrera has been an accountant at Healthcare Activos since she joined the firm in 2022. Dolores has more than 30 years of professional experience in management and administration in real estate groups dedicated to development and asset management. Prior to joining Healthcare, Dolores has worked as an accountant in the administration departments of companies such as Aedas Homes, S.A., Layetana Real Estate and ING Real Estate.

Dolores Herrera holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Oberta de Cataluña and a postgraduate degree in Management Control from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

Núria Amat is Director of Management Control and Reporting at Healthcare Activos since she joined the firm in 2022. Núria has 6 years of experience as a consultant in M&A Transaction Services and audit at PwC.Prior to joining Healthcare Activos, Núria was responsible for Controlling & Corporate Development at Sercotel Hotel Group and Servihabitat.Additionally, Nuria is an associate professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Núria graduated with a double degree in Economics and Business Administration and Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. She also holds a master’s degree in Financial Management and Auditing from UPF-BSM.

Alba Núñez is Project Manager at Healthcare Activos since she joined the firm in 2022. Alba has 10 years’ experience as an Architect Project Manager specialising in project management in the construction and Real Estate sector, with experience in various fields, residential, tertiary, services and industrial. In recent years she has developed her career in Indus Ingeniería y Arquitectura as Project Manager and URW as Technical Director. Alba Núñez has a degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, is PMP® certified by the PMI, has a Master’s degree in Project Management and a Master’s degree in Real Estate.

Pablo Trastoy has been Director of Maintenance at Healthcare Activos since he joined the firm in 2021.

Pablo has extensive experience in the management of facilities maintenance and building and infrastructure services. For the last 15 years he has held the position of corporate head of Facility Management at national and international level in large corporations such as T-Systems or Cinesa-Odeon Group.

Pablo Trastoy holds a degree in Technical Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.

Álvaro Garnelo has been an Analyst in Healthcare Activos since he joined the firm in 2021.

Prior to joining Healthcare Activos, Álvaro worked within the Corporate and Financial Law team at Garrigues, and as a consultant at Management Solutions covering the Financial Entities industry, based in Madrid.

Álvaro has a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Francisco de Vitoria University.

Henrique Borges has been Investment Associate in Healthcare Activos since he joined the firm in 2022.

Henrique has 5 years of experience in M&A, DCM and ECM at JB Capital, UBS and Banco BPI, based in Portugal and in Spain. Prior to joining Healthcare Activos, Henrique was an Associate at JB Capital.

Henrique Borges holds a BBA from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics and a MSc in Finance from ESADE Business School.

Zaid Fahrer has joined Healthcare Activos as Managing Director of Germany in 2022. Zaid has 9 years of experience the areas of healthcare real estate investments at Aedifica NV/SA, transaction advisory services at EY, and valuation of operator managed hotel assets at HVS. Prior to joining Healthcare Activos, Zaid was the Investment Manager at Aedifica NV/SA responsible for investments in Germany. Zaid Fahrer graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne and holds a M. Sc. in Finance from the EBS University of Business in Law.

General Manager Iberia Toni Serra has joined Healthcare Activos as Managing Director Iberia in 2023. Toni Serra has 22 years of experience in executive positions in healthcare companies and consultancy, both in the private and public sector. His most recent position has been that of South Territorial Director of HM Hospitales, leading the implementation of the company in Malaga, as well as forming part of its Management Committee. Previously, he worked at Mercer Consulting (Marsh & McLennan Companies) and World Health Management, as well as in various positions in the Public Administration in the Balearic Islands. He has also carried out more than 100 organisational transformation projects including the King Faisal Hospital in Rwanda, among others. Toni Serra holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Barcelona and completed a Master’s degree in Alternative Investment and Finance and a General Management Development Programme at IESE.

Pol Bachs is Project Manager at Healthcare Activos since he joined the firm in 2023.

Pol has 9 years’ experience as an Project Manager specialized in the management of new construction projects of office, residential and healthcare buildings in Spain. During the last years he has developed his career in Tècnics G3 as Project Manager.

Pol Bachs has a degree in Technical Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, has a Master’s degree in Building and a Master’s degree in Project Management.
