José Antonio Coto is Control & Administration Director of Healthcare Activos since joining the firm in 2023.

Previously, José Antonio was Finance and Controlling Director of Merkel Capital, linked with Real Estate sector. Before was Deputy Financial Director in the Logistic Group ADER. He initiated his professional career in KPMG as Senior Financial Auditor and Senior Associate in Audit and Deal Advisory professional Area.

José Antonio Coto has an Economics Degree from University of Barcelona and holds an Executive MBA from IESE. He holds a Law Degree from UOC.

Iñaki Rigo is Facility Manager at Healthcare Activos since he joined the firm in 2024.

Iñaki has extensive experience as an architect specialized in Facility Management. For the last 8 years he has held a management position at TBA Facilities, leading consulting assignments, projects, audits and Due Diligences in buildings of all types.

Iñaki Rigo holds a degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and a postgraduate degree in Facility Management from the College of Technical Architecture of Barcelona.

José Luis Zúñiga has been an Analyst of Healthcare Assets since he joined the firm in 2023.

José Luis holds a degree in Economics and International Studies with a specialization in Finance and Accounting from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

Leticia Hernández is Legal Counsel & Head of Compliance of Healthcare Activos since she joined the firm in 2023.

Leticia has more than 10 years of professional experience in legal advice in the areas of corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining Healthcare Activos, Leticia was a senior lawyer in the Corporate Law Department of Marinel-lo & Partners.

Leticia Hernández holds a law degree from the Universitat de Barcelona and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, and is also admitted to the Bar of the United States.

Pol Bachs is Project Manager at Healthcare Activos since he joined the firm in 2023.

Pol has 9 years’ experience as an Project Manager specialized in the management of new construction projects of office, residential and healthcare buildings in Spain. During the last years he has developed his career in Tècnics G3 as Project Manager.

Pol Bachs has a degree in Technical Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, has a Master’s degree in Building and a Master’s degree in Project Management.

Toni Serra joined Healthcare Activos as Corporate Managing Director & ESG in 2023.

Toni Serra has more than 20 years of experience in executive positions in healthcare companies and consultancy, both in the private and public sector. His most recent position has been at HM Hospitales, leading the implementation of the company in Malaga, as well as forming part of its Management Committee. Previously, he worked at Mercer Consulting (Marsh & McLennan Companies), as well as in various positions in the Public Administration in the Balearic Islands. He has also carried out more than 100 organizational transformation projects including the King Faisal Hospital in Rwanda, among others.

Toni Serra holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Barcelona and completed a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Alternative Investment and Finance and a General Management Development Programme at IESE.

Henrique Borges has been Investment Associate in Healthcare Activos since he joined the firm in 2022.

Previously, Henrique spent 5 years in M&A, DCM and ECM at JB Capital, UBS and Banco BPI, based in Portugal and in Spain. Prior to joining Healthcare Activos, Henrique was an Associate at JB Capital.

Henrique Borges holds a BBA from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics and a MSc in Finance from ESADE Business School.

Alvaro Garnelo has been Investment Associate at Healthcare Activos since 2024, where he joined as an Analyst in 2021.

Prior to joining Healthcare Activos, Álvaro worked within the Corporate and Financial Law team at Garrigues, and as a consultant at Management Solutions covering the Financial Entities industry, based in Madrid.

Álvaro has a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Francisco de Vitoria University.

Pablo Trastoy has been Facility Director at Healthcare Activos since he joined the firm in 2021.

Pablo has extensive experience in the management of facilities maintenance and building and infrastructure services. For the last 20 years he has held the position of corporate head of Facility Management at national and international level in large corporations such as T-Systems or Cinesa-Odeon Group.

Pablo Trastoy holds a degree in Technical Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.

Alba Núñez is Project Manager at Healthcare Activos since she joined the firm in 2022.

Alba has 10 years’ experience as an Architect Project Manager specialising in project management in the construction and Real Estate sector, with experience in various fields, residential, tertiary, services and industrial.

In recent years she has developed her career in Indus Ingeniería y Arquitectura as Project Manager and URW as Technical Director.

Alba Núñez has a degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, is PMP® certified by the PMI, has a Master’s degree in Project Management and a Master’s degree in Real Estate.

Dolores Herrera has been an accountant for Healthcare Activos since she joined the firm in 2022. Dolores has more than 30 years of professional experience in management and administration in real estate groups dedicated to development and asset management. Prior to joining Healthcare, Dolores has worked as an accountant in the administration departments of companies such as Aedas Homes, S.A., Layetana Real Estate and ING Real Estate.

Dolores Herrera holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Oberta de Cataluña and a postgraduate degree in Management Control from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

Miki Domenech is Asset Value Director of Healthcare Activos since 2024, having joined the firm in 2018 as Investment Director.

Previously, Miki spent 5 years in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte. Prior to joining Healthcare Activos, Miki was M&A TS Manager at Deloitte covering the Health Care & Life Sciences industry.

Miki Domenech graduated with a BBA from Universitat Ramon Llull and holds an MBA from IESE Business School.
